Why do we do a BluePrint Sprint for software projects working with remote teams?

The Blueprint Sprint provides is the framework which brings Client and Dev team Alignment to the forefront. This tool was created because having projects with the best developers, the coolest technology, and greatest company does not guarantee success. Projects fail because the whole is less than the sum of its parts. 

The Blueprint sprint was born out of necessity, not by being clever. It was shocking the difference when first testing out the approach. It was done simply to ensure we could deliver on our commitment to quality, but truthfully it sped things up, projects expanded, clients got more money for the projects, and our dev teams became partners. For us there is no other way.


Truly it was more good preparation and planning, but then magic happened. The alignment it created led to projects continuing, growing, developers being happier, and teams becoming more engaged.  So we dove deeper and created a whole process around it, and the rare opportunity where everybody wins.
